On the Idea of the “Maison”

Perfume houses often root themselves in geography and heritage. However, perfumery is inherently transcultural. No culture is monolithic, and the world we find ourselves in is shaped by mixture; we are entangled and relational. I want to pose the question, and to consider a fragrance house that reflects that condition.

So, it is to build a house that can show people’s creativity, poesie, and stories, and to create magnificent, harmonious, and kind fragrances that compliments their lives and ambitions.
